Boxing class is a 45 minute to 1 hour session where you learn the basics of boxing. These sessions are usually performed in a group, with a trainer overseeing and giving instructions on what to do next. Boxing classes typically follow a specific structure–you’ll start off with a dynamic warmup, then move into learning proper boxing form, followed by some sort-of shadow boxing before finishing with cardio exercises.
